The story of ¨Mr. Biggs¨ revolves around a 10-year-old boy named Robbie, who has been sold out to the local drug dealer to pay for his junky mother´s addiction. Becoming Robbie´s Sugar Daddy under his mother´s consent, Mr. Biggs gets to do to all he wants to the boy every time the kid comes around for mommy´s ¨medicine¨, or when the boy needs a little cash of his own.
